Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or website. A booking is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge it via call or message. Please provide accurate pickup and drop details to avoid any inconvenience.

Pricing & Payments

All fares are communicated at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on distance, route, vehicle type, and travel date. Any additional charges (toll, parking, state tax) will be clearly informed in advance. Payment can be made in cash, online transfer, or as agreed during booking.

Cancellation & Refund

Customers are requested to inform us in advance for cancellations. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

Driver & Vehicle Responsibility

Our drivers are experienced and professional. We ensure clean and well-maintained vehicles. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen situations may occur, and we request your understanding.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable. Carry valid ID if required during travel.

Luggage Policy

Normal luggage is allowed. Extra or oversized luggage should be informed in advance.

Route & Travel

The route will be chosen based on driver experience and road conditions. Any change in route or additional stops may result in extra charges.

Liability

Shri Lingam Travel Services is not responsible for delays due to traffic, road conditions, or natural events. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings during the journey.
